OUR RETURN POLICY IS STRAIGHT FORWARD:

With Thermal Paper Direct’s 365 day return policy, you can shop confidently. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

This 365 Day Return Policy is subject to the conditions listed below:

  1. Only authorized returns are accepted that have been pre-approved by Thermal Paper Direct with a Return Authorization number (RA).
  2. A Return Authorization must be requested within 365 days of the original invoice date.
  3. Once an RA and a prepaid return label have been issued, the item(s) must be received by Thermal Paper Direct within 14 business days, or the RA will be invalid.
  4. Thermal Paper Direct will only accept complete cartons for return.
  5. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
  6. Returns are accepted for stock items only. Thermal Paper Direct cannot accept returns for custom or discontinued items.
  7. All returns will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus the cost of a prepaid return label.
  8. In the event of a Thermal Paper Direct shipping error, you will be provided with a no-cost prepaid return label and a replacement.

If a situation is not listed in this policy or a unique circumstance occurs, please call the Customer Success Team at 877-810-5900. For products damaged in transit, please notify the carrier immediately. If you notice visible damage upon delivery, you may refuse delivery and notify Thermal Paper Direct by email (cs@thermalpaperdirect.com) or by phone at 877-810-5900.
