How can I place an order with Thermal Paper Direct?

Ordering with us is simple! Browse our website for the products you need, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. If you’re a tax-exempt customer or a reseller, be sure to sign up for an account and provide the necessary details.

What are your shipping options?

We offer fast and free delivery on orders over $49, with 1-2 day shipping to most of the U.S. Orders ship same-day from our warehouses in Tennessee, Massachusetts, and California. Shipping fees apply to custom or non-stock items. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for free shipping orders. Free shipping does not include extra delivery options (such as deliver inside, lift gate, etc.)

What is your return policy?

We offer a 365-day return policy, so you can return items up to a year from the purchase date. Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus return shipping costs. Once we inspect your return, your refund or credit will be processed. How do I qualify for tax-exempt status?

To qualify for tax-exempt status, sign up for an account on our website and upload your tax-exempt certificate in PDF format, along with your company name, contact information, and billing/shipping addresses. We’ll update your account accordingly.

Do you offer drop-shipping services?

Yes, we offer blind drop-shipping, meaning your customers will never see our branding. Orders ship directly from our warehouses to your customers, saving you time and money on inventory and shipping. Learn more about our Reseller Program here.

Can I track my order online?

Do you offer custom printed paper rolls?

Yes! We specialize in custom printed receipt paper rolls, allowing you to add your logo, promotional message, or store policy. Email your specifications to orders@thermalpaperdirect.com or call (877) 810-5900 to get started.

How long does it take to receive a quote for custom orders?

After you send us your paper specifications, artwork, and color choices, we’ll provide a quote and artwork proof within 2-3 business days. Once approved, production takes approximately 4 weeks. Learn more here.
