Q: Does this 3 1/8" x 230’ thermal paper have BPA in it?

A: This roll is BPA-free, just like all of our thermal receipt paper rolls. If you are looking for a thermal paper roll made without BPA, BPS, or other phenols, check out our 3 1/8" x 230' non-phenol thermal paper roll.

Q: Do you have a longer thermal roll?

A: Most thermal receipt printers will hold a roll with an outside diameter of up to 4 inches. The standard size is 3 1/8" x 230’, but longer options are available, including 3 1/8" x 273' and 3 1/8" x 301' thermal paper rolls.

Q: Do I need ink with these paper rolls?

A: No. These rolls are designed for thermal printers, which use heat to produce images and do not require ink or ribbons.

Q: Can I print on both sides of a thermal paper roll to maximize paper usage?

A: No. Thermal paper is coated on one side only. Be sure to load the roll so the coated side feeds correctly (paper should feed from the bottom, not over the top).
